Jennifer L. De Angelis has practiced with the firm since graduation from law school in 1987. Her practice has evolved over the past 14 years to where she focuses primarily upon medical malpractice cases. In the area of medical malpractice, Jennifer has established a reputation as an attorney who not only manages the complexities of medical malpractice lawsuits but navigates them successfully from intake to settlement or trial and achieves outstanding results for the client. Jennifer immerses herself in the medicine of each case to understand the nuances of the negligent treatment. She finds medical experts who are not only recognized leaders in their fields but physicians who also come to feel strongly about the case and the opportunity to make a difference. The results of these efforts have benefited the clients of the firm who despite the tragedy of the circumstances that brought them to the firm, are able to feel some vindication for their case and security in their future.

Jennifer has handled cases at all levels in both state and federal courts. In 1994, she argued successfully before the Supreme Court of the United States obtaining a reversal of a criminal conviction after the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction. She has been instrumental in obtaining the numerous multi-million dollar jury verdicts for clients of the firm and settlements totaling tens of millions of dollars.

Jennifer L. De Angelis graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science. In 1987, she graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law with Juris Doctorate where she was a member of Delta Theta Pi and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Agency and Partnership Law. She is a member of the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association.
