ROB NIGH: Brewster and De Angelis is selective in the number of criminal cases that we handle because we feel that in order to do the right job we can't handle a huge volume of cases at the same time. We want to devote the attention to a case that it deserves so that we can handle every aspect, so that we can present the best defense possible for the limited number of clients that we have.
Brewster and De Angelis accepts criminal cases involving trials in state court and trials in federal court, usually involving serious felony allegations. We also handle appeals in state courts and in federal courts and can handle appeals to the United States Supreme Court.
The best thing about being a criminal defense attorney is the ability to be helpful to someone in a time of serious crisis or serious need and to bring a level of comfort to them that there is somebody that understands their position that is able to advocate on their behalf and can also present their version of the facts in the most compelling way possible.
