Our client was the spouse of a gentleman who suffered from a type of cancer referred to adenocarcinoma. This cancer was presented to physicians on multiple occasions over several years for excision. However, the physicians failed to recognize the significance of cancer’s re-occurrence and the dangers of metastasis. Ultimately cancer which originally presented on the hand metastasized to the lungs. The husband of our client ultimately died of metastatic lung cancer.
